An opportunity has arisen for motivated Staff Nurse to join our dedicated nursing team in providing and developing nursing care within the acute medicine division on Ward 36 and Patient lounge. The post will involve nursing and managing acutely ill patients within a Short Stay Ward setting with expected length of stay of 48hours. The position is open to post-registration and newly qualified nursing staff.

This exciting opportunity will allow individuals to work alongside a team who are devoted to continually improve the quality of care and enhance the patient’s experience, as well as ensuring safe and seamless discharge planning. The post will include 24hour rotation including nights and weekends.

In return for commitment and dedication we offer a comprehensive preceptorship package with the teacher practitioner and the opportunities to learn and develop nursing skills to support patients admitted with acute complex medical conditions.
