Acting Band 5 Exercise Professional/Instructor to Cover Maternity Leave
INTERNAL: OPEN TO HUTH CANDIDIATES ONLY
We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 5 instructor, who is flexible, confident, and able to work independently within a multi-professional team.
The key aspects of the post include delivery and evaluation of a comprehensive rehabilitation / reablement service working together with all members of the multidisciplinary team.
This post will involve patient assessment (including activities of daily living), goal setting, and progression, promotion of evidence based practice and education and training. In addition the post holder with contribute to the ongoing development of the service.
Successful applicants will need to have experience delivering rehabilitation /reablement within a health care setting and experience and understanding of the NHS.
You will have experience of health promotion, be patient focused, supportive and empathetic and also able to motivate and encourage your client group.
Applicants must have evidence of study at Degree level in Sport Science, Therapy or Rehabilitation which includes anatomy & physiology subjects.
It is expected the successful candidate will be a member of British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT) or Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) level 4
