The Therapy department within Hull University Teaching Hospital NHS Trust is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who would like to further develop and consolidate their skills by joining our well established and interesting Band 6 Occupational Therapy rotation.

This rotation offers
-the development of specialised skills across a range of specialities
-the enhancement of assessment and treatment planning across a variety of clinical conditions
-development of support and supervision skills both for Occupational Therapy staff and students
-formal supervision from a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist

The band 6 rotation currently provides the opportunity to gain experience within Care of the Elderly, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Neuro-rehabilitation, Stroke and Neurology and as part of the newly formed Frailty and Ambulatory Care unit.

In conjunction with the Head of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation and/or Clinical Leads you will participate in the planning, development and evaluation of the Occupational Therapy Service within each area, and for the service as a whole.

Applicants must be HCPC registered, possess excellent time management skills and have previous experience of working within a range of clinical settings at a junior/senior level.

** Salary relates to year 2 of 3 year NHS pay deal
