Medical Reports/Enquiry Desk Clerk
36.5 hours
Monday to Friday During Core Hours of 08.30 to 17.00
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with previous clerical experience to work within Medical Reports and the Enquiry Department at HRI.
The successful candidate must have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team, as well as using their own initiative, and have the ability to organise and prioritise their workload.
Main duties of the job
Duties include invoicing, requesting casenotes and x-rays, pulling casualty cards, dealing with Solicitors, dealing with the general public, directing patients and relatives to wards and departments, telephone enquiries, and other clerical duties.
Some typing and use of Clinicom.
