Weekend Admissions Clerk 

To work in the Admissions Department at HRI locating case notes for emergency admissions and delivering to wards. 

This post will involve the use of a pool car to obtain notes from the District Records Library at Harrow Street, Hull. 

Checking and inputting details onto the Clinicom system and dealing with reception duties and telephone enquiries.      

(The applicant must be able to work flexibly across the weekend as required for holiday and sickness cover).

Applicants must have a full clean driving license 

Main duties of the job

To provide dedicated clerical support as part of a team responsible for the
Admission Department.

Ensuring  departmental standards are met and all admission and enquiries
are dealt with in a timely and polite manner. 

Maintaining  an accurate computerised record of inpatient movement on the Patient Administration System 

Obtaining case notes for emergency admissions and general reception duties .
