Estates Officer

Salary:   AfC Band 7

Full time - 37½ hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Officer within the Trust.

The post holder will support the daily delivery of the maintenance functions and assist in the development and implementation of the organisations operational estates maintenance strategy and support eh Energy Project team to deliver projects across the hospital sites.

The post holder will have the ability to manage change and ensure the service that the department delivers continues at the current high standards whilst reducing costs and increasing efficiency. You will manage and prioritise own workload and provide specialist and professional operational maintenance expertise and advice to senior management of the Trust and external agencies. You will have the ability to lead and be capable of undertaking training to allow you to hold Authorised Person roles for specialist estate services.

The successful candidates will be required to participate in an out-of-hours duty engineers on-call rota

The posts are to be site based but the successful candidates may be required to work at any Trust property and therefore are required to hold a full driving licence.
