Senior Sister ward 16

Ward 16 a dynamic multispecialty surgical ward – housing Breast, ENT and Plastic Surgery with a vacancy for a passionate and engaging leader to join our dedicated team of professionals.

As a senior leader on the ward you will need to demonstrate the ability to motivate and manage a team in a rapid paced environment. You will bring all your skills to support the ward team to further develop and deliver high quality, evidence based care. You will need to be a dynamic and motivated individual with the appropriate experience and leadership skills to fill this role. The successful applicant will also need to have great organizational skills, a commitment to improving patient and staff experience.
