Consultant Paediatric Surgeon with a Specialist Interest in Gastroenterology

This exciting new post invites applications from people with interests in Paediatric Gastroenterology in addition to wider experience in Neonatal and General Paediatric Surgery. The successful candidate will participate in a 1:5 rota for acute and emergency cover for both General Paediatric and Neonatology Surgery.

The post will be based at Hull Royal Infirmary and will attract 10 Programmed Activities (PAs). The post holder will work alongside the Trust’s existing three Consultant Paediatric Surgeons who provide surgical care for children 24/7. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide day-case and in-patient operating lists along with out-patient paediatric surgical clinics.
