An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Clinical Administration Service within the Emergency Department .
To work at the Hull Royal Infirmary site on the ground floor, we are looking for enthusiastic people with previous customer service experience who can communicate at all levels, work flexibly and are able to organise and prioritise their workload. Good communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with members of the public.
We are looking to recruit 1 x 22.5 hr post to work on a 4 week shift rota basis, working Monday to Sunday on a shift pattern that consist of a mixture of the following shifts:
07.00-15.00, 15.00-23.00 and 23.00-07.00.
Main duties of the job
The emergency department consists of 7 reception desks that need to be covered 24/7. Staff rotas will be given 4-6 weeks in advance. 100% flexibility is essential in this role.
Although previous administration experience is desirable, we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting, those with a 'can do' attitude and importantly due to the nature of the work, people who have a flexible approach to working. Excellent customer service skills is a must!

- At least 1 years experience of providing a service to customers
- Knoweldge of GDPR
- Proven use of multiple IT systems

- NVQ level 2 Customer services (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 2 in Administration
