An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Clinical Administration Service as a Senior Administrator across our multiple sites.
Our Senior Administrators play a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway. Our roles are varied and challenging and your day to day duties may include;
- The booking & management of inpatient theatre lists
- Supervising, coaching and developing our Administrators
- Tracking patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
- Management of our clinicians diaries and typing of clinical correspondence

Whilst previous administration experience or supervising a team is desirable, we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting and those with a 'can do' attitude.
The successful candidates will join a friendly and supportive team that values the contribution of all staff.
Our full-time roles work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 17.00 with 1 hour unpaid lunch break; although this may vary depending on the department and role you would be assigned to.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
