An exciting opportunity has arisen for three dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our new Lung Health Check Hub based at Hull Royal Infirmary.

The successful applicants will provide vital administrative support to help manage the end to end clinical administrative processes associated to the patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, in order to deliver a high quality administration service, for our patients and customers. Previous administration experience is desirable, and you must have a willingness to learn and to help in all areas of the patient journey including typing clinical correspondence.

We are looking for team players with good communication and organisational skills, who are flexible in their approach to work. The post-holder will need to work independently in a diverse and interesting office environment, using their initiative to prioritise their workload, multi task and maintain confidentiality.

The successful candidates will join a friendly and supportive team that values the contribution of all staff.

37.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm, (1hr unpaid lunch)

 ** Salary relates to year 2 of 3 year NHS pay deal - pro rota
