An exciting opportunity has arisen for Registered Nurses to work as part of the Site Management Team and fulfil the role as the as a Senior Registered Nurse who will support patient flow and co-ordination of clinical activities working closely with the Site Matrons within their designated area of responsibility.

The role of the Patient Flow Sister / charge Nurse is to ensure that every patient admitted to the Trust electively, or as an emergency is placed in the right bed, first time with effective and efficient use of available capacity.
The successful applicant will work with all clinical teams to ensure that patient safety and staff wellbeing are paramount to achieving key performance targets and use resources to effectively meet these priorities.

This is a high profile role and will work as part of the site management team which includes:
• Deputy Chief Nurse
• Head of Patient Placement
• Site Matrons
• Hospital @ Night Practitioners
• Site Management Administration Team

Applicants need to be a Registered Nurse or Midwife with a minimum 4 years post registration experience within an acute setting.
