Culture eats strategy for breakfast right? As one of our Senior Organisational Development Practitioners, you will be at the heart of our programme of cultural transformation, working with leaders and their teams, improving engagement, and unblocking the barriers to improvement and transformation of patient services. From coaching staff to improve performance to the design and facilitation of workshops and delivering culture change projects, you will thrive in being part of a team that is motivated, positive and driven to make a difference.
We invest in our Great Staff. We support them, value them and look after their health and wellbeing. That’s because we know that Great Staff deliver Great Care and that’s what our patients expect and deserve.
Join our cutting edge Organisational Development team and you will design and lead innovative change. Your reward will be in helping our staff to grow and develop; leaders to flourish and teams to work together effectively.
You must have great people skills, be able to role model our Trust values, work to a high standard, and be committed to working in a creative, fast paced and constantly evolving environment.
We’re looking to employ someone who fits into that kind of team. Someone who inspires us and adds something different, new and exciting to the mix.
If you choose us, we’ll help you go far; supporting you to develop and giving you the opportunity to gain further skills in the design and delivery of a variety of projects, programmes and interventions.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
