At Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals (HEY to us) we’ve created great careers so great people like you can join us. You’ll be providing administrative assistance to the Dietetics Department. So, if we like each other you’ll join a supportive, award winning and forward thinking team providing great services in a large teaching centre with first class facilities.
The post involves general clerical/administrative duties including patient related letters, dealing with patient appointment enquiries via a dedicated telephone line, maintaining office and patient records filing systems, minutes, reports etc. You should have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and hospital based PAS systems (eg Lorenzo), as well as excellent communication skills.
