We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team, in the Emergency department. Working in Paediatrics and Emergency care area at Hull Royal Infirmary. To provide and maintain high standards of cleanliness under the supervision of the nurse in charge. This focus of the job is maintaining the national standards of cleanliness in relation to the direct patient environment and equipment within the ward environment to a high standard.
The successful applicant will require good organisational skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
You must have basic literacy and numeracy skills, be reliable with smart personnel appearance.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
