An opportunity has arisen for a Benefits & Change Manager to join the Department of Innovation and Technology’s Business Change Team on a fix term contract until March 2020.
The Trust’s Department of Innovation and Technology is responsible for the development, implementation and on-going management and support of the Trust’s Information Management and Technology (IM&T) Strategy. This strategy aims to transform the Trust into a “digitised enterprise” within the next five years.
The Trust is looking to appoint a Benefits and Change Manager, who will work as part of the team to deliver the change and benefits associated with the next phase of the IM&T Strategy. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and change management skills. A good knowledge of clinical and operational processes in the hospital environment is essential, as well as knowledge and experience of hardware and software. A team approach is essential. There is a requirement to travel to other Trust and Local Healthcare provider sites. Full details of the job requirements can be found on the job description and the person specification.
