An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Training & Development Officer to join the Innovation and Technology Training Team.

The Trust's Innovation and Technology Department is responsible for the implementation, development and on-going management and support of the Trust’s Information Management and Technology Strategy, which aims to transform the Trust into a “digitised enterprise”.

The end user training provision and on-going training support for Lorenzo and other IM&T projects is provided by the Innovation and Technology Training Team.  We are looking for an individual with the qualifications, experience and knowledge of designing, developing and delivering end–user training preferably within an NHS environment on clinical and patient administrative systems). You will need to demonstrate the ability to work within a team with shared goals, and be able to meet strict deadlines.  The ability to work without supervision and under your own initiative is also essential.
