Management Secretary – Corporate Nursing Team 1 x Full Time We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide a high quality, professional secretarial service to the Assistant Chief Nurse, the Safeguarding Adults and Tissue Viability teams, and Practice Learning Facilitators that make up the Corporate Nursing Team based at Hull Royal Infirmary. The purpose of this role is to support the senior nurses to provide an efficient and professional service. The role requires a flexible and dynamic person with good organisational skills, computer literacy and a positive can-do attitude. The ideal candidate must have well developed interpersonal skills, be experienced in managing and prioritising a busy department, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and have a flexible approach to workload, manage numerous diaries, minute taking, setting up and managing data bases and organising meetings. The candidate must be willing to learn new skills and use their own initiative. The successful candidate must possess a high standard of computer literacy. A high level of confidentiality and professionalism is essential This is an opportunity to work with a great team. The post holder will be based in an office within Hull Royal Infirmary..
