We are seeking to appoint an individual to our Patient Administration team at Hull Royal Infirmary to work in the above department.
The role will be a General Clerical Officer who will also cover a front-line reception, you will also be expected to carry out other roles in-line with the job description.
Your daily duties may include booking patient appointments, answering phone calls, responding to emails and collecting patient case notes.
Whilst the role will be allocated to the Brocklehurst Building, the successful candidate will also work as part of the wider team to ensure the needs of the service are met; this may include providing cover for other departments in times of need. Therefore, you will be expected to have a flexible approach to working and must have the ability to work in a fast paced and highly demanding environment.
The post is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual who approaches work with a 'can-do' attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be expected to work with a diverse range of people. Good IT skills and attention to detail are also a must; we aim to deliver a high standard of service to our patients and clinical team.
