An opportunity has arisen for a Support Secretary working on a part time basis to join the Medicine Health Group Medical Secretaries predominantly based with Endocrinology /Diabetes Department at the Hull Royal Infirmary. Working flexibly as part of a team you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective secretarial support service to the team.  The role will also require the flexibility to work in other departments or across site(s) as necessary.                                  

This is a demanding role working to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills as well as organisational skills together with the ability to work well under pressure are also required.  A good general education and knowledge of Lorenzo and other hospital systems as well as audio typing experience is essential along with RTT knowledge. 

** Salary refers to year 1 of 3 year NHS pay deal, Year 2 will be available 1st April 2019
