The purpose of the Network is to produce plans to deliver across the Network’s geographical patch on strategic planning, operational delivery, improving quality and standards of care and support partnership development, providing advice and support to its stakeholders.

Due to internal restructure, an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced and enthusiastic Administrators to join the Network Team.  The Network Team are therefore seeking highly self-motivated and proactive individuals to work as Network Programme Administrators to support the Network Team in delivery of the Humber Coast & Vale Operational Delivery Networks work programmes.  The base for this role will be the Network Programme Office located at Castle Hill Hospital, but some travel will also be involved across the Network patch.

You will need to be a team player who can communicate effectively and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.  You should be able to organise, plan, prioritise and deliver to competing demands with excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Previous experience of working in an NHS administrative role is essential.  A high level of skill in Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantage.

You must be able to perform within a diverse team.  The successful applicants will have excellent communication skills and an ability to manage a varied and busy but rewarding workload and promote the values and behaviours of the Network. As these are new posts, this is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience to mould the function of this role.

This role will provide variety and challenge within a very supportive and friendly environment.  If you are therefore a skilled Administrator looking for a new challenge and a different way of working and want to gain access to a broader spectrum of experience, working within a supportive and friendly team environment, please apply.  Please note that any appropriate further learning will be supported.
