Just qualified or in your last year of a Cardiac Physiology degree???
Looking for a new challenge then this may be the role for you!
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cardiac Physiologist to join the department at Castle Hill Hospital. We are looking to recruit a dynamic, competent and highly motivated individual to become part of our busy and friendly team.
Castle Hill Hospital is situated in the rural suburbs of Hull. Hull was the UK City of Culture in 2017. Kingston-Upon-Hull has more to offer than first meets the eye. Not only does the city boast two Super League rugby league teams; Hull City AFC also resides here. As well as excellent shopping facilities, the city centre has exceptional transport links all over Yorkshire, including trains to the nearby cities of Leeds and York. Located less than an hours drive to the seaside town of Bridlington, Hull is also conveniently placed to the Humber Bridge, the gateway to Lincolnshire and beyond.
The team currently provides a full range of both invasive and non-invasive diagnostic services for the cardiac out patients department, cardiology and non-cardiology wards and has recently undertaken a role within the community. The imaging consultants work closely with the department in providing a comprehensive of range of modalities. There are 4 catheter laboratories providing angiography, PCI, Electrophysiological procedures, pacemaker and complex device implants. The department has recently been commissioned as a TAVI and SICD centre and further exciting developments are expected.
