We would like to invite applications from practitioners who have at least 2 years Perioperative experience as a band 5 or above, to work in this busy, exciting and expanding area. Experience in Theatres/Recovery is desirable but not essential.

We require highly motivated, hardworking individuals, working as a highly skilled member of the multidisciplinary team. The successful applicants must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join a strong proactive management team. The ability to adapt well to change, participate in theatre/recovery audits and work well as part of a well, established team is essential.

The service currently covers Monday to Saturday at present. Staff will be expected to participate in the 24hour, 7 days a week on call rota-covering emergencies out of hours. Further developments may increase the need for weekend or unsocial work in the future, so a flexible attitude to meet the needs of the service is essential.

If successful we can offer a Preceptorship package and a Personal Development Plan with an In house training package.
