Due to the expansion of the in-patient bed base an exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and flexible registered nurse(s) to join our well established in-patient Urology Ward within the Surgery Health Group at Castle Hill Hospital. Candidates must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering a high quality service and an excellent level of nursing care to patients with a variety of urological conditions.

The Urology service comprises of three care settings, Ambulatory Assessment Unit, In-patient ward and Urology Day Services. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work in all areas as they become more familiar with the Urology service.  You should have excellent communication skills and a desire to work within the multidisciplinary team delivering a co-ordinated approach to the provision of care.

IT skills and experience with electronic patient records is essential to the role. You will have to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as within a dedicated team. Accurate and safe clinical assessment of patients is routine.
