Are you looking to work in a busy and developing environment within Theatres? We are looking to recruit staff within Recovery, who can demonstrate a dynamic approach to their work and who have commitment, drive and enthusiasm to help in the development of our services.

We work within a variety of specialities at Castle Hill including Neurosurgery,  Plastic surgery, Orthopaedics, General surgery, Urology, Gynaecology, Cardiothoracic.  The successful applicant will work together closely with theatres/ward staff and will be willing to rotate between all three recovery areas to expand your range of skills and knowledge.

You will need to be prepared to work within a busy environment and be forward thinking and passionate about delivering a high standard of care.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential. You must have a clear idea regarding your career development and be a team player with a flexible attitude to meet the service needs.

The post requires 24 hour call and weekend working with various shift patterns within recovery to meet the needs of the service. 

 ** Salary relates to year 1 of 3 year NHS pay deal, Year 2 will be available from April 1st 2019
