We are delighted to offer the opportunity to join our proactive temporary staffing team within the Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

The post holder will be an experienced, highly motivated Registered Nurse who is able to demonstrate their ability to influence and develop others. We invite applications from Adult Registered Nurses who demonstrate excellent communication skills, evidence of continuing professional development and who are passionate about delivering high standards of care.

The role involves the management and clinical leadership of the temporary workforce (Nursing) and responsibility for other temporary staff groups. The post holder will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per month working clinically to maintain their clinical skills enabling them to revalidate successfully and to act as a positive role model supporting the bank staff in practice to maintain and enhance their skills.

The post holder will deputise for the Nurse and Staff Bank Manager.
