We are looking to appoint to the role of Revalidation and Nurse Bank Team Supervisor.

You will be responsible for actively managing the administrative processes of Nurse Revalidation whilst supervising the Nurse Bank Team which allocates work to our casual workforce. You will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of these services in order to meet the needs of our trust, our staff and ultimately our patients. Your role will involve ensuring a positive experience for Registered Nurses and Midwives throughout the revalidation process and leading a team to deliver a high quality administration service whilst maintaining excellent customer engagement at all times. You will support the development of a team based culture focused on professionalism, meeting the needs of the customer and promoting an environment which strives for continuous improvement and enhanced efficiency. Previous experience in a similar field would be advantageous.

The post is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual who is flexible and can provide support to the Bank team in an ever changing environment within a highly demanding service. Experience of working in an NHS environment, supervising a team and change management would be desirable.

This role requires a person who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, is assertive and organised, and has the ability to prioritise workload and work to a high level of detail.

Salary reflects year 1 of the Pay Award.
