We are seeking an experienced, innovative and motivated individual to lead our e-Roster Team.

Over the last five years the Trust has made significant investment into the e-Roster and Bank team and associated software including the purchase of the SafeCare, Insights and Medic modules.  The team actively supports clinical and non-clinical colleagues in achieving the Carter Recommendations and the Trust has become a reference site for other Trusts aspiring to achieve our success.

The role of the Senior e-Rostering Officer will be instrumental in the planning of the extended roll-out and the implementation of the e-Rostering systems across a wide range of predominantly clinical staffing groups. This will support the Trusts aspirations to ensure the right staff, with the right skills are in the right place to deliver high quality, safe and effective patient care.

The successful candidate will act as a strong role model and will lead and support the e-Rostering team to maintain the e-Rostering software. They will work with new and existing users to support them to fully realise the benefits of the systems and provide training, advice and guidance to individuals and groups.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator who is highly organised and self-motivated with a positive and flexible approach. They will have extensive experience of using the full suite of HealthRoster Systems with a proven track record of trouble shooting and problem solving for software applications.
